Just Yesterday
Just yesterday you were holding my hand,
Just yesterday you gave me a wedding band,
Just yesterday you said I do and,
Just yesterday you said you loved me too.
Just yesterday you told me you cared,
Just yesterday you told me about the love we shared,
Just yesterday you said you'd never leave and,
Just yesterday that was all I needed to believe.
Just yesterday you were near,
Just yesterday they told me something I did'nt want to hear,
Just yesterday they buried you deep and,
Just yesterday thoughts of you kept me from sleep.
Just yesterday I finally cam
My heart beats the same for everyone but him.
I cant breath, speak or move when he comes around the corner.
Motionless, shocked, in awe and in love.
---
Scream your heart out.
You will be heard.
Everyone is listening.
Your heart will scream.
Its pounding so hard.
I can hear it.
Breath.
Wake up baby, it's time to grow up.
---
I've been staining this razor for too long.
I can't handle any of this anymore.
Do away with me and Slit my throat.
---
I dont know who did,
but someone put stars in your eyes.
I cant stop smiling when i talk to you.
---
Standing alone
Waiting for you to come and stand by me.
I miss you so
I know a girl
Who writes her poems.
She writes for a guy,
She writes to show him
That she loves him
With all that she is
And the times they spent together
Is something she misses.
From her heart
Her poems are written.
Written for him and only him.
She doesn't think she has what he wants
In her eyes perfection lies in him.
She'll do anything she can
To bring happyness to this man.
She'll go as far as to die
'Cause in her mind is the lie
That says he wants her dead.
She'll do it for him but
He wants her to live instead.
Her life is still precious
As it always was
Before she lost all hope.
It will always be this precious
My Name's Red

The Dead Rose
That Bleeds For You
Im A Single Tear
On A Suicide Letter
That Died For You
Im A Gravestone
In A Cemetary
With Etches in My Skin
To Only Remember Me
I hate love poems.
I am sick to death with,
"How soft are his lips",
"The curve of her hips",
I don't want to hear about these fallacies you build up in your head,
And write in your little black book to show your friends,
Pretending you're some great poet.
The world is filled with billions of topics, and yet,
Nine times out of ten,
Amateurs, with their books of words
And rhyming dictionaries,
Chose to write about an emotion, a fear of loneliness.
"Her golden hair",
"His chocolate stare",
I can't take it anymore.
One at a time, you march onto stage, and squint in the glaring spotlight
As you smile at the faceless, dark audience
Do you love me?
Or do you not?
you told me once, but i forgot.
So tell me now, and tell me true, so I can say that I love you.
Of all the guys I've ever met, you're the one, I won't forget.
And if I die before you do, I go to heaven and wait for you.
From the moment I saw you i knew this was true
So damn beautiful my eyes fixated on you.
I wanted to hug you, hold you so tight,
I wanted to tell you this feels so right.
Now i have a voice, my feelings out loud,
A smile on my face so happy and proud.
A girl with a dream and a dream come true,
A girl who has found the one, the one is you!
When I first saw you I was afraid to
Sorry I'm not "PERFECT"
Sorry I'm not smart enough for you,
Sorry I'm weaker than you,
Sorry I'm not as wonderful as you are all the time,
Sorry I'm not "a little angel" all the time,
Sorry I'm such a "disappointment",
Sorry I'm not completely obedient to your every whim,
Sorry I don't worship the ground you walk on,
Sorry I'm not the daughter you wanted,
In short SORRY I'M NOT "PERFECT" LIKE YOU!
I just don't know
I just don't know what I should believe.
One minute you say you don't want me here, the next you want me to stay.
One minute you say you w
